Responsibilities of International Voice Process / Customer Service Associate (Voice Support) –
- Accurately understanding and resolving customer queries
- Ensures routing and routing of queries to the correct department when required
- To ensure that the CSAT target is met
- The shift will be mostly night shift or morning shift.
