1. Scale of Pay and Other Emoluments

 Presently the starting Basic Pay applicable to Officers (in Scale I) is 36,000 in the scale of pay ₹36,000 - 1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840.


The official will also be Accommodation / HRA, CCA, Medical Reimbursement, eligible for DA, Lease other allowances and perquisites as per Rules in force from time to time. The Cost to Company per annum would be a minimum of 9.60 Lakh and maximum of 13.36 Lakh depending upon the place of posting and other factors



2. Location


Candidates selected for the post of Assistant Manager for Specialist Role in IT (Scale I) shall be initially posted in Aluva/Bangalore/Mumbai and is liable to be transferred to any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank depending upon the administrative requirements of the Bank.



3. Period on probation


Candidates selected as Assistant Manager for Specialist Role in IT will be on probation for a period of 1 year.


4. Key Job Responsibilities


• Active Involvement in all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering, analysis, design and development.


• Development of applications that suits the business needs, satisfy stakeholder requirements, and achieves the desired results under given constraints.


Analysis of the Business Requirement and breaking down to User Requirements • Review multiple solution approaches and arrive at the best option using structured process.


Development of interfaces between multiple systems.


Installing, configuring and administering applications, software, hardware and networks.


Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.


Responsible for installing, administering and troubleshooting Bank's security solutions.


Adhering and complying with various audit & quality norms/standards/security norms of the Bank


Analyze existing processes (business) and recommend improvements.


Develop a learning culture for self and others by consistently updating with various Policies of the Bank and trends emerging in the global financial market.

  Learn people management - develop a capability to manage his/her own team in future.


5. Who Can Apply


a) Age (As on 01.08.2022)


Candidates shall not exceed 30 years as on 01.08.2022 (candidates should be born on or after 01.08.1992) Age of SC/ST candidates shall not exceed 35 years as on 01.08.2022 (candidates should be born on or after 01.08.1987).


b) Nationality


Candidates shall be a citizen of India.


Minimum Educational Qualification


• Graduation in BE / B.Tech, B.Sc (IT/ Computer Specialization),

•BCA or Post Graduation in M. E/M.Tech, M.Sc (IT/Computer Specialization),

•MCA with minimum aggregate of 60% from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India or approved by AICTE.


Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% or above throughout in Class X, Class XII/ Diploma, Graduation and Post-Graduation (if applicable) examinations.
