The Delhivery Training and Recruitment Program is an initiative to provide skill training and assured jobs in entry level managerial positions for recruits who successfully complete the program.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
Age: 22 to 32 years
Minimum education qualification: 10th Pass
Basic proficiency in written and spoken English
Basic proficiency in Mathematics
Non refundable registration fee of Rs. 200
PROCESS
PHASE I: ENTRANCE EXAM
Date: 19th FEBRUARY 2023
60-minute behavioral and aptitude based MCQ exam
The candidate can choose to take the test:
remotely, on their personal mobile/laptop with good internet connection
in person, at one of the Delhivery centers listed in the registration form
Shortlisted candidates will be notified by 25th Feb 2023 for Phase II of the program
PHASE II: TRAINING
5 week intensive, in-person training in all basic logistics operations led by Delhivery logistics experts with practical experience at Delhivery facilities
Regular assessments during the course of the training
Results will be announced after completion of the training
Interview and final placement at Delhivery locations across India
