As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will be trained to:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive sales
Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Learn to handle sales transactions and ensure accuracy in pricing and inventory management
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
To be successful in this role, you must have a positive attitude towards retail sales and a willingness to learn. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
