Job description
What you’ll do
-At Bigbasket we are hiring for the position of Customer Support Associates
Customer Support: Inbound Calls and outbound calls
Customer Query, Request and Complaints Resolutions
Order Assistance.
Coordination with Operations and Delivery Partners
Criteria:
• Minimum Qualification : 12th/10th + Diploma(3 Years) or 10th + ITI(Completion)
• Work Experience : 0 to 5 Years
• Flexible to work in the required shifts between 5 am to Midnight 12am (Any 9 hours) and for
Women Employees any 9 hours shift between 6am to 7pm max if working from office.
Preferred Candidates:
- Good communication skills
- Flexible to work for 6 Days with 1 rotational off
- Ready to work from office
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Should have good typing and writing skills
- No Cab Facility
