Tele Associate | Responsibilities for Data Entry – Dispose of cases with appropriate reason code based on interaction with respective vendors
- Set up follow-up calls as desired by vendors
- Maintain quality results by following standards and guidelines
- Must have computer with internet and android phone
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly business goals
- Work at least 3-4 hours a day
- Voice-based calling process and data entry
- This is a non-sales profile completed.
- Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate –
- Help Indiamart buyers on call
- Verify information from the buyer and update the same on the portal
- Work part time or full time for this.
