Responsibilities –
- Scale 10x Supplier Acquisition of the respective city or cities
- Increase the reach of Meesho to the respective supply centers or offline centers in or around the city
- Mentor, inspire and provide direction to a team of business development executives on Meesho's values and principles within their team
- Work with central teams to ensure the best selection, affordable prices and high discovery on the platform
- Develop robust processes for smooth implementation of all norms
- Compile and evaluate suppliers' metrics across cities in terms of various supplier metrics such as order activation, dispatch, delivery
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager when you get 10x achievement.
Salary/Salary & Grade Pay – Salary payable for City Lead post will be around Rs.41,300 per month. More details about salary details are mentioned in the notification.
