•      Call customer as required as per procedure
•      Ensuring quality response to all queries and complaints
•      Accepting and resolving customer complaints on priority basis
•      Adhering to right first time approach to provide accurate solutions and reduce re-open cases
•      Maintaining first response time within defined SLA for email and social media tickets
•      Feedback on ensuring customer satisfaction and limiting dissatisfaction
•      Know OLX products inside and out so you can answer questions
•      Be flexible as per business requirement subject to overtime during working hours.
