What will your responsibilities be?

Maintaining and promoting safety in the laboratory

· Routine laboratory cleaning, preventive maintenance and 5S

· Conduct both in-person and virtual packaging testing and document results

· Review third-party test reports, paying close attention to detail.

· Communicate timely and thoroughly with vendors and internal customers

· Communicate with non-English speaking stakeholders, using available translation tools when necessary.

· Record activity and maintain data integrity across various systems and tools.

· Provide packaging feedback to other Amazon teams.

· Participate in various packaging and robotics onsite and virtual support projects

· Review customer feedback and use packaging expertise to advise internal teams.

· Manage multiple projects and various tasks simultaneously.

· Assisting internal teams with project launches and tests, including (less than 10%) out-of-state travel.


What qualifications are required?

  • Bachelor degree

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
