Job description
What you’ll do
Treasury operations
1. cash and Bank Records should be upto date in tally
2. BRS should be prepared on weekly basis and obtain signature of the Manager
3. Physical cash certificate to be maintained on weekly basis
3. Maintain daily cash collection Register
Accounting operations
1. Recording of expenditure JVs on daily basis
2. Booking of revenue on daily basis based on reports from Billing software
Maintenance of records
1. Cash vouchers should be supported by proper documents and siged by the receipient
2. All Journal vouchers should be supported original tax invoices properly authorised by the Manager
Any other task as given by the Manager
Timely completion of the task and reporting
Key Result Areas / Roles & Responsibilities
Primary : Salary payments, book keeping.
Secondary : MIS reports, co ordinating with statutory and internal auditors.
Key Performance Indicators
Treasury operations, accounting operations, record maintenance.
Skills/Competencies
Functional Skills: Verbal / written communication skills, conflict resolution ,critical thinking.
Behavioural Skills: Relationship building, adaptability,
Competencies : Strong literacy & numeracy skills, excellent attention to detail, Strong analytical skills.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Qualifications - B Com / M Com/ MBA Finance
Technical Qualifications Tally, excel, oracle finance
4 to 8 years relevant experience in hospital industry is mandatory.
