Job Description:
As a Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving queries with 100% accuracy raised by company employees
- Query resolution via Inbound/Outbound calls and Web Chat
- Adhering to campaigns by stakeholders through Inbound/Outbound calls or Web Chat
- Maintaining productivity and work quality
- Skills in MS Excel (basic) and Computer Skills (basic)
- Comfortable with Inbound/Outbound Calling & Chat for HR-related queries
- Six-day working week
- No company transport provided
