Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve device issues, providing clear and concise information to customers.
  • Review and explain account information, addressing inquiries related to billing and services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of international voice experience in Customer Service, particularly in Billing. Candidates with a basic understanding of technical aspects and sales are preferred. Key qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in handling billing-related tasks such as understanding recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due dates, prorate charges, auto-pay & surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
  • Experience in resolving customer issues, addressing billing concerns, and handling product-related questions.
  • Demonstrated interest in learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Proven ability to promote and sell products and services effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
  • Capacity to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to make quick, independent decisions.
  • Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment with rotational shifts (5 days a week).
  • Customer-centric approach, logical thinking, and spontaneous problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to ensuring timely and professional responses to all customer queries.
