Job Description
Reliance JIO is currently offering a Telesales Executive position in Pune, suitable for 12th pass students. The ideal candidates must possess strong communication skills and be willing to work in the call-center department.
Post/Role: Telesales Executive – Associate
Category: Voice Call – Customer Support
Work Location: Katraj Pune, Maharashtra – Candidates will be assigned near the JIO customer service point.
Education: 12th pass and above can apply for the JIO job in Pune
Reporting to: JIO Point Manager
Desired Candidate Profile for JIO job in Pune:
An ideal candidate who can communicate effectively in the local Marathi language is preferred.
At least a 12th-grade education or higher is required.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply for a career with Reliance in Pune.
Previous experience as a telecaller, in sales, or marketing will be an advantage.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Job Role at JIO as an Associate Telesales Executive in Pune:
Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and develop customer service skills.
Resolve customer inquiries via phone, walk-ins, mail, fax, and email.
Process and log incoming calls into the CRM system.
Foster strong relationships with Pune team members and motivate them to achieve their best results.
Regularly review sales records to maintain balance and ensure that Maharashtra's targets are met.
Identify customers' basic needs and requirements.
Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and sales departments in Pune.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Respond to all customers in Maharashtra using appropriate language, including Marathi, Hindi, and English, based on the customer's location.
