👩‍🏫 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Help students strengthen their understanding of Maths/Science subjects.
• Conduct online classes, clarify doubts, and foster a positive learning environment for grades 4 to 10 students on our learning platform.
• Provide error-free step-by-step solutions to students' questions.
• Assess student performance and offer feedback for improvement.
• Meet session requirements and additional responsibilities for up to 12 hours/week.
• Non-session activities mainly between 3 PM to 4:30 PM, sessions between 4:30 PM to 9 PM.
• Additional responsibilities include parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, training participation, and monthly tests.
• Additional workload to enhance student performance between 3 PM to 9 PM.

👨‍🏫 Ideal Candidate:

• Passion for teaching and impacting education.
• Strong knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) for camera-facing interaction.
• Ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical applications.
• Freshers and candidates with teaching experience.
• Demonstrated multitasking ability and creativity.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet student needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

🎁 Benefits:

• Compensation of 25K/month
• Availability required between 3 PM to 9 PM
• One week off announced post-session allocation
