About the Role:

PhonePe is seeking specialists for its Inhouse Customer Experience team. As a specialist, your primary responsibility will be to solve problems encountered by customers and continuously seek exceptional ways to enhance their experience. The role involves providing support to ensure swift issue resolution and contributing to the improvement and streamlining of support systems.


Responsibilities:


  • Act with integrity and prioritize the customer in every interaction.
  • Handle basic PhonePe account and transaction-related queries.
  • Flexibility between phone and data channels.
  • Follow specified process guidelines to bring about resolutions.
  • Build customer trust through positive interactions.
  • Meet hourly and daily productivity goals.
  • Leverage internal processes and resources for issue resolution.
  • Escalate issues appropriately, collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Engage and educate customers to maximize their use of PhonePe.

Ideal Candidate:


The ideal candidate should possess:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good learnability.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to handle objections.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Adaptability to different scenarios.
  • Team player mindset, openness to feedback.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Multilingual skills in South Indian languages are preferred.
