Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order processing, payment-related issues, and service inquiries.
  • Address complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer value.
  • Perform market research and gather feedback to improve services.
  • Update customer databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and report recurring issues to the management team for resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages (e.g., Hindi, English, regional languages).
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly.
