Responsibilities for Transformation Consultant –
- Perform comprehensive assessment of customers' telecommunications operations using relevant tools.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve telecommunications services, reduce costs, and increase overall effectiveness using strategic planning tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using existing CRM tools and reports to analyze market trends and assess the competitive landscape within the telecommunications industry.
- Provide expert advice on the integration of new technologies while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create and deliver effective presentations and have knowledge of tools to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, leveraging tools for effective communication and documentation.
- Periodically use project management tools like JIRA to evaluate the success of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for future improvement.
