Responsibilities of the post of Operations Specialist –
- Manage the digital vehicle order entry process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Digitally monitor and control vehicle inventory levels
- Implement efficient inventory replenishment strategies
- Quality control of incoming digital vehicles to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to resolve any identified issues.
- Work with digital systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Ensure seamless integration between digital platforms and operational processes.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and implement improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology to improve operations.
- Work closely with various departments including logistics, sales and customer service to ensure consistent admissions process.
Operating Executive Position Responsibilities –
- Plan, organize, control and complete daily tasks.
- Assign and track responsibilities to employees to achieve specific deliverables and ensure they complete them.
- Resolves discrepancies with customer and escalates case as necessary.
- Periodic review with client and MLL stakeholders on performance and signing of improvement action plans.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving account P&L.
- Timely resolution and escalation of IR and other operational issues that may impact account status.
- Focus on improving warehouse operations in line with company objectives.
