Job Description
BP Energy is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide first and second line of customer support. This role will involve handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and social media from both external and internal customers. The representative will focus on delivering exceptional service with high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and ensuring prompt resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via multiple channels.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work within agreed service levels and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.
- Track customer requests and monitor issue resolution progress.
- Support ongoing operational improvements and optimize service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with SAP and/or Siebel preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- At least 12 months of customer service experience.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work flexibly in a 24/7 support environment.
