Role Summary: Field Sales Executive
Supro Info Solutions is hiring Field Sales Executives to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This is a full-time, office-based role with work locations across India.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets using effective sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate internally to ensure seamless customer service.
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 to maximum 7 years of experience, preferably in B2B sales in Finance, Insurance, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, with a passion for sales.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Capability to work both independently and in a team.
Compensation & Work Details
Salary: ₹4,25,000 per year plus variable incentives of ₹5,000.
Work Days: Five days a week.
Job Type: Full-time, in-office position.
Location: Pan India.
